David Wells
Owner and Manager

David Wells founded Wells Springs in 2004 to assist real estate developers and single tenant users with new commercial developments and large capital improvement projects. Since 2004 we have managed over $210 M in new office and capital improvement projects.

Prior to 2004, David worked ten years in the Southwest region of Hines. He was Construction Manager on 4600 South Syracuse Street in the Denver Tech Center.

Prior to Hines, David worked at large nationally recognized general contractors (Turner Construction Company and Huber, Hunt & Nichols).

David has a Masters in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver as well as an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designee and LEED Accredited with United States Green Building Council.


Sharon Arthur
Cost Control

Sharon Arthur has twenty of years of real estate accounting experience.  She was a Project Accountant in the Southwest region of Hines from 1989 to 2004.  She is well versed in all facets real estate accounting including; accounts receivable, payable, cash management, payroll, financial reporting, job-cost accounting and construction Applications for Payments.  

With Wells Springs, Sharon managed the cost control for Progressive Insurance Data Center & Print Facility as well as Observatory Place Residences in Denver, CO.  

She has managed projects ranging from $2 million to over $100 million. Regardless of the size, she works with the owner and lender to manage the project accounting including year-end tax statements.  

Sharon has developed an accounting protocol used on all Wells Springs projects.
